A BHA cleanser built for daily use rather than as an occasional treatment — 0.5% betaine salicylate (a gentler, less irritating salicylic acid derivative than the raw acid) works inside the pore to clear congestion while cleansing, aimed at blackheads, texture and acne-prone skin. Suits oily and acne-prone skin as a genuine daily-use exfoliating cleanser; those with dry or sensitive skin may prefer alternating it with a non-exfoliating cleanser. Massage onto damp skin morning and/or night and rinse thoroughly, following with a hydrating toner.
