Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on tesserakoreanbeauty.co.ke or in our Westlands shop. Placing an order means you accept them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Delivery Information.

Every product we sell is sourced directly from certified Korean manufacturers or their authorised distributors. Every unit carries a batch code you can check on our Verifypage. If a code doesn't verify, contact us immediately — see Section 7.

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). Where VAT applies, it is shown as a separate line at checkout. We reserve the right to correct a listed price that is clearly a display or data error before an order is confirmed; if that happens after you've paid, we'll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

We accept M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery, and additional methods as we enable them. For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected by our courier at the point of handover — the order is not considered paid until then.

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item goes out of stock between browsing and checkout, or if we suspect fraud — in which case any payment already taken is refunded in full.

If something arrives damaged, wrong, or doesn't verify as authentic, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tesserakoreanbeauty.co.ke or +254 795 359 350 (WhatsApp) with your order number and photos where relevant. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we resolve it.

Care Circle membership, points and tiers are governed by the terms published on our Care Circle page, which may be updated from time to time. Points have no cash value except as a discount against a future order, are non-transferable, and expire as described there.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or site, except where Kenyan law doesn't allow that limitation. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Kenyan law.
